Those paying attention may have noticed that the treelike has changed. As part of our driveway and culvert repairs, we asked our contractor to remove the nuisance white pine with 4 trunks that was growing close to the cabin — which we also had him remove. This is mostly to avoid the tree falling on the barn in the future with the added bonus of it no longer blocking our view of Venus … errr… Pico mountain.
